Do you want to improve the lives of those suffering from HIV/AIDS? Do you have a desire to see the rate of infection lowered and eventually eliminated?
Kenya has a deep and rich history, with a large range of diverse and fascinating cultures living side by side. The people are friendly and welcoming, and love to see foreign visitors to their country. Not only that, but everywhere you go you will see amazing landscapes, vistas and wildlife, presenting an untouched and gorgeous environment.
Sadly, Kenya has a severe, generalized HIV epidemic. And there is a critical lack of manpower and resources in the healthcare sector, especially in smaller local hospitals located in more remote and rural areas. With the country struggling with HIV/AIDS, they desperately need volunteers to fill this manpower gap.
While volunteering in Kenya with HIV project, you will help spread awareness of the infection and how to prevent it, work closely with doctors in treating those infected and provide hope and counselling to people who feel otherwise neglected by society.
This project will allow you to provide hope and care to people neglected by their society, and also travel through and experience one of the most beautiful countries in the world.
Do you want to provide these people with a sense of hope for the future and improve the life of both them and their families? Then contact IFRE for more information about this project today!
