AVF is responding to World Food Programme (WFP)’s HQ20NF013-FIN-RFP-Services for Social and Behaviour Change Request for Proposal where WFP seeks to establish long-term agreements (LTAs) with service providers specialising in Social and Behaviour Change Communication. The Expected Duration of LTA is 3 years with possibility of a 2year extension. Successful suppliers will be required to support and/or complete all phases of the SBCC programme cycle including strategy design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation as specified in this scope of work/ terms of reference.

AVF is seeking the following experts to join our team in the implementation of this project.

Specifications

• Team Leader

Extensive experience in your specialist field, in which you are internationally renowned as an expert. Extensive experience in leading or directing major, complex and business-critical programmes specific to nutrition and other relevant fields related to the RFP, along with ability to bring genuine strategic insight. Typically, a person within this category would have suggested 15+ years of experience.

• Senior Advisor

Substantial experience in your specialist field and in a consultancy role. Previous experience in project management and having worked for a variety of clients specific to SBCC for nutrition and other relevant fields as identified in the RFP. Typically, a person within this category would have suggested 10+ years of experience.

2. In your proposal, indicate your proposed daily rate in US Dollars.
3. References: please list two or three UN agencies, NGOs or local academic institutions with whom there is current or previous collaboration and include contact persons and contact details
4. List relevant published articles in peer-reviewed journals and/or other types of journals related to nutrition.
