The SEU seeks to contractconsultant(s)to conduct an evaluation of the MSF’s Bili project (2017-2019) in Democratic Republic of Congo. This project was implemented by MSF’s Operational Centre Brussels (OCB).

How to apply
Interested applicants should send their expression of interest by submitting a proposal as to how to carry on this evaluation, complete with their CV, examples of previous work and a written sample from previous work.
Applications will be evaluated on the basis of whether the submitted proposal captures an understanding of the main deliverables (as per this ToR), proposes a methodology relevant to achieving the results foreseen, sets forth a realistic timeline, and the capacity of the evaluator(s) to carry out the expected work.
