Mercy Hands for Humanitarian Aid (MH) is a non-governmental, not-for-profit, non-political organization founded in 2004. MH works to save lives, sustain human rights and restore healthy communities.
All bids should be placed in its own sealed and stamped envelope. These envelopes should be hand-delivered to Mercy Hands office: Completed, signed, and stamped offers should be submitted to Mercy Hands Office Baghdad Hay Babil Al-Masbah, SEC.929, ST.4, H.36, Baghdad, Iraq.
The package must be received by the deadline mentioned above or it will be rejected.
Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
The RFQ documents shall be marked with all relevant information in detail, including date, time, and place for the submission of the RFQ.
