Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe – is a humanitarian, non-governmental, non-profit organization founded in 1981 that works in around 23 countries throughout the world, including in KRI and Iraq.
For the project “Sustainable improvement of access to clean drinking water for residents of the liberated areas of the Western Nineveh Governorate”, funded by the German Federal Foreign Office (AA), MH invites all qualified and specialized contractors to participate in the Tender for Construction and rehabilitation of water network in Al-Aamala village in Zummar Sub-district
The tender documents will provide all relevant information in detail and will be provided to you by email upon receipt of your Acknowledgement Letter, which you may send to tamarah.moyaser@mercyhands.org
All bids, including the technical and financial offers must be separate (not mixed) and each should be placed in its own sealed and stamped envelope. These envelopes should then be placed in another sealed envelope or package and hand-delivered to Mercy Hands office or Help’s Office:

The package must be received by the deadline mentioned above or it will be rejected.
Participation
Participation in tendering is open only to the general contracting or construction companies – participating either individually or in a group (consortium) of tenderers – which are established and registered in KRI and/or Iraq.
Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
The tender documents shall be marked with all relevant information in detail, including date, time, and place for the submission of the Tender.
