Background:

For organizations to learn about their projects and programs, evaluating the outcome and impact is a must. All it matters is the result of our work and unless we evaluate it we will not be able to realize the result.

We come up with this course to address the “research-based” needs of development workers and managers. This comprehensive training workshop will ensure the participants gain a change in their performance and not only some useful information.

General Notes: As an open course, this program is offered in specific destinations. However, as an in-house training it can be offered at any part of the globe.

Who Should Attend:

This course for public sector employees, NGO senior management, team leaders, NGO directors, CEOs, board members, business owners, and project manager. It also helps Consultants, and freelancers that work in development projects.

The specific objectives of the training program are the following:

  • To introduce the basic and fundamental aspects of the main methods used in the economic evaluation of public health interventions
  • To familiarize with some recent advances in the use of methods for the economic evaluation of public health interventions, and apply them to a number of case studies.
  • To provide practical skills on decision analysis and modeling techniques of decision analysis and Markov models that compare healthcare programs
  • To introduce the concepts of critical appraisal and research protocol of economic evaluation studies, including interpreting results

Fee:
