Invitation to submit offers for establishing a Framework Agreement for Printing, Visibility, Design and Direct Mail Marketing service
    1. Service or Supply Specification

GOAL invites prospective suppliers to submit their quotation for the supply of a Printing, Visibility, Design and Direct Mail Marketing services.

    1. The service being offered must be in line with the following requirements
  • The selected supplier must be able to provide a support service in the following key area or areas.
  • Bidder can submit an offer for one or more of the Lots below:
    • Lot 1 Paper printing (Annex 2)
    • Lot 2 Vinyl & Plastic (Annex 2)
    • Lot 3 Direct Mail Marketing (Annex 2)
    • Lot 4 Designing and updating various materials in line with GOAL’s brand and style guidelines Event branding, Business card design, Donor proposals, the Annual report and other reports as needed (Annex 2)

Submission of Tenders

Tenders must be delivered in the following way:

  1. Electronically to hqtenders@goal.ie and in the subject field state:
    1. DUB-FRD-391 FWA for Printing, Visibility, Design and Direct Mail Marketing
    2. Name of your firm with the title of the attachment
    3. Number of emails that are sent e.g. 1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3.
  2. To help us track our procurement effort, please indicate in your email where (ngotenders.net) you saw this tender/procurement notice
