2020 brought challenges to L&D from remote working, low internet connectivity, engaging learners remotely to disrupted plans and activities, to name a few.
Many of us were not prepared for these changes, and we had to re-strategize, innovate, and develop coping strategies as we went along to ensure that our organizations and learners’ needs were met.
Join us in this session to share with fellow practitioners. We shall reflect on different ways we employed to manage through the change and get new insight on what we can do to plan for a better 2021!
