ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development), an NGO implementing several projects in Iraq, is inviting suppliers to submit offers for the following lot(s):

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers. The Bidding Documents in English may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at https://ngotenders.net/under the section “Tenders/Jobs”.

Or, if the situation allows it, at the following addresses:

·    ACTED representative office in Erbil,IRAQ (Ankawa, 4 Towers, Building B1, Floor 5, Apartment 22).

• All bids must be submitted in English before 07/01/2021 at 04:00 PM (Iraq time)at the address mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by e-mail at iraq.tender@acted.org and in Cc:tender@acted.org. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.
• To help us track our procurement effort, please indicate in your email where (ngotenders.net) you saw this tender/procurement notice.

ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
