National consultants for Climate Public Expenditure and Investment Review of Vietnam (CPEIR) national update (A-180902)

– Team Leader cum public climate finance expert (35 working days); and

– Team Member cum public finance expert (45 working days)

This assignment aims to assess the national-level “Climate Public Expenditure and Investment Review of Viet Nam” for the period of 2010-2018 based on the review and assess public investments related to climate change and green growth in period 2014- 2018 and incorporation of the CPEIR 2014 (for period 2010-2013).

The assignment will focus on five ministries (Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Construction) and 3 provinces (Quang Nam, Bac Ninh and An Giang).
