- Orientation and displacement,
- Effects of weapons,
- Security of the premises,
- Incident report,

Other topics such as stress management and well-being, the management of aggressive behaviors are also discussed and included in our training modules, especially during simulations.
All the modules of this training were developed by combining theory and case study and / or practical cases. They contain short simulations and role plays that allow participants to review and practice the knowledge and skills learned in the session. Each simulation is followed by a debriefing allowing the participants to identify their weaknesses and the good actions they have put into practice. The final simulation allows participants to use and apply all the knowledge learned during the training (including all modules). The modules are delivered by our trainers with the support of actors (security officers) on the simulations.
Please note that this training is not what is commonly known as HEAT training. We consider that the objectives of a standard HEAT are limited because of the level of significant and unnecessary stress that it usually produces in participants, focusing on reactions in the event of a critical situation while neglecting the basics: the importance of the preparation and the reality of group dynamics. At OSC, we prefer that participants evolve in a secure learning environment that awakens a sense of responsibility.
This residential training takes place over 3 days and 2 nights, it starts on the first day at 9:00 am and ends at 4:00 pm on the third day.
All our trainers are experienced and qualified. In addition, they are all trained in First Aid / Trauma.
All participants are insured by OSC for their entire presence on the training center.
This doubly certifying course provides each participant with two internationally recognized certificates (EFR and Highfield).
Standard rates are £ 750. We can also bill in EUR or USD depending on your organization’s preference.
