APPLICATION FOR CLARIFICATIONS

DELIVERY OF PROPOSALS

Proposals must be submitted at Avenida 82 No. 10-62 piso 3 registry office, no later than 11:00 am (Colombian time (GMT-5), on October 9, 2018.
