We kindly ask you to send us your quote for the recruitment of a company providing computer maintenance and repair services.
Please use the form in Annex 2 attached hereto for the purposes of preparing your submission.
Technical and financial bids can be sent, exclusively in electronic form, until Monday, November 30, 2020, at 12:00 p.m. N’Djamena time, to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org .

The financial offer must be protected by a tenderer’s password which will only be communicated on request after the evaluation of the technical offers.
Your submission must be written in French, and have a minimum validity period of 120 days.
As part of the preparation of your submission, it will be your responsibility to ensure that it arrives at the address indicated above no later than the deadline. Submissions that are received by UNDP after the above deadline, for whatever reason, will not be considered. If you are emailing your submission, please ensure it is signed, in .pdf format, and free of viruses or corrupted files.
The services offered will be reviewed and evaluated based on the completeness and compliance of the submission and compliance with the requirements stated in the RFP and all other annexes providing details of UNDP requirements.
The bid that meets all of the requirements, meets all of the evaluation criteria and has the best value for money will be selected for contract award. Any offer that does not meet the requirements will be rejected.
Any difference between the unit price and the total price will be recalculated by UNDP. The unit price will prevail and the total price will be corrected. If the service provider does not accept the final price based on the recalculation and error corrections made by UNDP, their bid will be rejected.
No modification of the price resulting from increased costs, inflation, fluctuation in exchange rates or any other market factor will be accepted by UNDP after receipt of the bid. Upon award of the contract or purchase order, UNDP reserves the right to modify (upward or downward) the quantity of services and / or goods, up to a limit of twenty-five percent ( 25%) of the total amount of the offer, without modification of the unit price or of the other conditions.
Any contract or purchase order that will be issued under this RFP will be subject to the terms and conditions attached hereto. The simple submission of a tender implies unreserved acceptance by the service provider of the UNDP general conditions set out in Annex 3 hereto.
Please note that UNDP is not obligated to accept any submission or award any contract / purchase order and is not responsible for costs associated with the preparation and submission of a submission by the service provider. , whatever the result or the modalities of the selection process.
