If your technical and financial proposals are not sealed in separate envelopes, your offer will be rejected.

The technical offers will be evaluated on the basis of the stated evaluation criteria. Only technical offers with a total of at least 70 points will be considered for the financial evaluation.
Tender of the financial offer: the financial proposals will be rated on 30 points.
The tenderer submitting the technically compliant tender and the lowest tender will be selected.
