Type of project: There are two focus areas: 1. Human Rights – trafficking & Slavery; Torture & Abuse and Persecution. Within this stream, the Trust does not support international development work, disaster relief, organisations working wholly outside of the UK, domestic abuse or Female Genital Mutilation; 2. Prison reform – this is for projects working in the UK only. The Trust tends to provide unrestricted support (core funding) to specialist organisations. If your overall work does not entirely fit within the focus areas but you wish to apply for a specific project or element of your work that does fit, contact the Trust to discuss.
