Safeguarding Resource and Support Hub (RSH) Senior Advisor, Pakistan – Consultant

We are seeking a consultant as a Senior Advisor to provide advice and support to the Safeguarding Resource and Support Hub (RSH) National Representative in Pakistan.

This consultancy will act as a sounding board for the National Representative in Pakistan, providing strategic advice on approach, context, networks and stakeholders, gender and conflict sensitivity, inclusion and intersectionality, language, and other relevant issues relating to Safeguarding. The RSH is an innovative programme supporting organisations delivering aid with access to tools, guidance, support and training they need to ensure that they do no harm.

You will have extensive experience working in the humanitarian or development sector in Pakistan and experience working with Civil Society Organisations. You will have demonstrated experience of Safeguarding, GBV or Child Protection work in Pakistan. You have a coaching and collaborative way of working and exceptional communication skills. You will bring your experience, networks and have availability for up to 5 days per month until May 2024.
