Summary Points

• Telecommunications services across Gaza remained severely constrained, with approximately 75 percent of infrastructure damaged or destroyed since October 2023. Ongoing equipment shortages, fuel constraints and access restrictions continued to limit network reliability, maintenance activities and infrastructure recovery efforts.

• As humanitarian needs remained high and operational constraints persisted, LTC Telecoms enhanced coordination with humanitarian partners, telecommunications operators and key stakeholders to support telecommunications planning, service continuity, and Humanitarian Reset transition arrangements across Gaza.

• LTC Telecoms strengthened inter-agency security communications across Gaza through UN VHF radio standardization, expansion of agency participation in the shared network, and training for 17 humanitarian personnel, improving interoperability and emergency communications preparedness.
