AidEx Nairobi is only three weeks away. There are a limited number of tickets remaining to network with peers in the aid and development community, watch in-person sessions, and explore innovative suppliers and technologies.
Attendees include UNICEF, UNHCR, UNOPS, DG ECHO, ICRC, Nigeria High Commission Nairobi, Kenya, SDC, Oxfam International, International Rescue Committee, Kenya Red Cross Society, Compassion International, The Rockefeller Foundation, as well as the private sector.
AidEx Nairobi brings together thought leaders, practitioners, and key stakeholders from the public, private and civil society sectors to redefine humanitarian and development interventions in East Africa.
There are many opportunities to network, connect with peers in the humanitarian aid and international development community, and build meaningful relationships. All speakers attend in-person to deliver stimulating and inspiring sessions on timely and relevant topics.
This year’s event features many high calibre speakers including Rineke van Dam, Regional Humanitarian Coordinator for the Horn of Africa, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands; Emmanuel Birech, Regional Lead Africa, Microsoft Tech for Social Impact (TSI); Seema Dhanani, Head of Kenya & Regional Director East Africa, British International Investment; Clément Cazaubon, Acting Head of Regional Office, DG ECHO; Banchiamlack Dessalegn, Regional Vice President, East Africa, International Rescue Committee; Catherina Scheepers, Region Head for Africa and The Middle East, The Max Foundation; Fati N’Zi-Hassane, Africa Director, Oxfam International, among others.
The growing exhibition consists of innovative suppliers displaying the latest technologies that improve the way aid and international development programmes and activities are delivered. Al-Khair Foundation returns as Headline Sponsor and gives a welcome address on Day 1.
AidEx Nairobi will return in 2026 on 10-11 June. AidEx 2025 takes place on 22-23 October, co-located with Development2030, at Palexpo in Geneva, Switzerland.
