El Consejo Noruego para Refugiados–NRC en asociación con otras 2 organizaciones de carácter humanitario: Danish Refugee Council (DRC) y Acción Contra el Hambre (ACH), ha conformado un Consorcio que tiene como propósito de mejorar la seguridad y la dignidad de las personas afectadas por la crisis humanitaria en Venezuela y mejorar la coordinación de la respuesta humanitaria.
El rol del/la Coordinador/a de Subvenciones es apoyar al/a la Gerente de consorcio y de liderar en todas las tareas relacionadas con la gestión de subvenciones en el marco del consorcio.
Responsabilidades Generales:
• Adherencia a las políticas, guías y procedimientos de NRC
• Actualizar y compartir de manera regular la planificación de los requisitos del donante así como los plazos internos/externos y socializar las fechas límites con los tres socios.
• Coordinar el desarrollo de solicitudes e informes del consorcio, y compilar las informaciones proporcionadas por los socios.
• Asegurar el control de calidad y el cumplimiento de los entregables con los requisitos del donante
• Proporcionar una mesa de ayuda para los socios sobre cuestiones relacionadas con el donante, incluida la organización y la impartición de capacitaciones sobre las normas y reglas del donante, así como la redacción de informes.
• Contribuir a la facilitación de reuniones de seguimiento de proyecto.
• Apoyar la auditoría del proyecto
• Participar en reuniones con el donante según lo delegado por el Gerente del consorcio
Responsabilidades Específicas:
Planificación:
• Asegurarse de que la planificación de las fechas límites de entregables está al día y contiene información correcta y completa;
• Promover y compartir ideas e iniciativas de mejoramiento de procesos y herramientas relacionadas con la gestión de subvenciones para el proyecto en consorcio;
Solicitudes, modificaciones de proyecto e informes:
• Liderar la coordinación, colecta de información con los socios, redacción y entrega de informes, y modificaciones de proyecto de calidad al donante a nivel nacional, incluyendo el proceso de revisión por la unidad de gestión del consorcio;
• Apoyar a los socios en sus procesos de redacción de informes y/o modificaciones de proyecto;
• Coordinar de manera autónoma tareas con los departamentos de finanzas y comunicaciones para el desarrollo de solicitudes o informes
• Asegurarse de que los documentos clave de gestión de subvenciones están correctamente archivados en la carpeta compartida entre los tres socios del consorcio.
Seguimiento de proyecto:
• Liderar la organización de reuniones de inicio, seguimiento y cierre de los proyectos a nivel del consorcio asegurándose de guardar un acta y hacer seguimiento a los puntos de acción;
• Participar en procesos de toma de decisión relacionados con la gestión de subvenciones y en general con la unidad de gestión del consorcio.
Cumplimiento con los requisitos del donante y representación:
• Asistir a reuniones con donantes o comunicarse con donantes por correo como se requiera;
• Organizar formaciones regulares sobre las reglas y los requisitos del donante para los tres socios y actuar como punto focal para aclarar las dudas de los socios respecto a los requisitos de donante.
Qualifications
Competencias profesionales generales:
• Título universitario en ciencias sociales, desarrollo, relaciones internacionales o afín;
• 3 años de experiencia relevante dentro del campo de gestión de subvenciones, incluyendo donantes institucionales;
• Experiencia en la organización/coordinación de procesos y trabajo en equipo;
• Habilidades y experiencia en redacción de informes;
• Fuertes habilidades analíticas (de datos y financieras);
Habilidades específicas, conocimientos y experiencia del contexto:
• Buen conocimiento del funcionamiento del sistema humanitario venezolano;
• Buen conocimiento de las reglas y regulaciones de BHA;
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita en inglés – criterio obligatorio;
• Alto nivel en el uso de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Personal qualities
• Capacidad para mediar en escenarios de alto estrés con fechas limites;
• Iniciativa, autonomía y capacidad de liderazgo;
• Buenas habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación.
