Avocats sans frontières Canada (ASFC) est à la recherche d’une personne engagée, dynamique et ouverte qui veut contribuer à faire de l’accès à la justice un moyen de changement pour faire avancer les droits humains dans le monde.
COORDONNATEUR OU COORDONNATRICE JURIDIQUE – MALI
Lieu de travail : Bamako, Mali (poste non accompagné)
Date d’entrée en fonction : Dès que possible
ASFC met en œuvre au Mali plusieurs projets de coopération internationale dont le projet « Justice et Paix » (JUPAX) et le projet « Promouvoir la participation des jeunes au processus de paix et de réconciliation » (PROPAJER) en collaboration avec l’UNICEF et le PNUD. Ces projets visent à promouvoir et à protéger les droits humains, à lutter contre l’impunité afin de favoriser la justice, la réconciliation et l’établissement d’une paix durable au Mali.
Le coordonnateur ou la coordonnatrice administration, finance et logistique est responsable de l’administration et de la gestion financière du projet d’ASFC au Mali. Il/elle participe au développement et au respect des procédures afin de satisfaire aux exigences des accords de contribution des bailleurs de fonds et d’ASFC.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
- Formation universitaire dans un domaine pertinent (finances, administration, comptabilité, etc.), ou une combinaison équivalente d’études, de formation professionnelle et d’expérience;
- Au moins cinq ans d’expérience dans un poste de gestion financière de projet en coopération internationale sur le terrain;
- Capacité à travailler avec de multiples intervenants et partenaires dans un environnement sécuritaire fragile, fortes habiletés en réseautage;
- Forte motivation associative, sens de la solidarité internationale, adhésion aux valeurs, à la Charte et à la mission d’ASFC;
- Grandes capacités pour le travail d’équipe en contexte multidisciplinaire, entregent, intelligence interpersonnelle, vision stratégique et sens politique;
- Excellent sens de l’organisation, esprit d’initiative, rigueur et débrouillardise. Disposition à autogérer son travail, à travailler selon un horaire flexible – parfois sous pression – et à se déplacer ou voyager si nécessaire;
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite en français;
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques de bureau, en particulier les logiciels de traitement de texte, logiciels comptables et les outils de communications.
