Poste
MISSION 1 : Assurer la gestion des effectifs
En lien avec le responsable de la cellule effectifs du Centre Opérationnel
Enregistrer les effectifs disponibles des délégations territoriales de la Croix-Rouge française et du groupement;
Assurer le suivi et la saisie des effectifs pour les accréditations de l’ensemble du groupement;
Assurer le lien avec les différents responsables de lot, responsable des DT CRf et du groupement sur cette thématique.
MISSION 2 : Assurer la gestion des transports
Suivre et collecter les modalités de transports des équipes de la Croix-Rouge française sur les sites des grands événements de l’année et des autres dispositifs programmés ;
Assurer la billetterie si nécessaire;
Proposer des solutions innovantes afin de répondre aux problématiques de transports liées à l’évènement ;
MISSION 3 : Assister l’équipe projet opérations afin d’optimiser la gestion de leurs activités quotidiennes
Suivre et mettre à jour des plannings ;
Préparer les dossiers, rédiger et rassembler les informations nécessaires à la prise de décision ;
Participer à la mise en œuvre de la réponse lors d’évènements nationaux et des DPS de grande ampleur.
MISSION 4 : Organiser et effectuer le suivi administratif des activités
Organiser et préparer des réunions (convocation, réservation de salle, préparation des dossiers, etc.) ;
Organiser les déplacements, gérer la logistique et préparer les documents nécessaires ;
Rédiger des comptes rendus, des notes, des synthèses, des présentations ;
Assurer le suivi budgétaire et participer à l’élaboration du budget
