  1. Responsible for database administration, focused on the timely and accurate entry of new joiner information, as well as employment and benefits data. Ensure data remains up to date with changes in the personal or employment information of employees.
  2. Closely collaborate with HR colleagues and other stakeholders to achieve data accuracy and good customer service for MedGlobal’s employees.
  3. Responsible for ensuring HR administration and data management are in line with relevant MedGlobal policies and procedures.
  4. Develop and maintain appropriate controls, such as checklists and guidelines.
  5. Responsible for Identifying problems and solving problems in relation to the data set this role is responsible for.
  6. Sending the Timesheets and salary list to the direct manager in the Turkey office.
  7. Keep contracts and Timesheets in original copies and send them to the Turkey office on a monthly basis through the PTT office.
  8. Lead the recruitment process for Syria staff in coordinating with HR dept in Gaziantep
  9. Make all HR reporting related Syria staff .
  10. Be focal person for HR Dept in the northwest Syria
  11. Lead the performance procedures for Syria staff

Requirements and Skills:

HR Officer should have the following skills, education, and experience:

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in HR with local or international humanitarian organizations.
  2. University degree in social sciences, Business administration, statistics, or a related field, a master’s degree is an added value.
  3. Experience working with Excel, preferably advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, SPSS, kobo toolbox and report writing.
  4. Knowledge and experience in qualitative and quantitative data management techniques including proficient and skillful use of EXCEL and WORD.
  5. Good communication skills.
  6. Good in written and spoken in English
  7. Working experience with an information system will be an advantage.
  8. Excellent skills in database management.
  9. Good customer service skills.
  10. Attention to detail.
  11. Professional in handling sensitive data.
  12. Flexible to adapt to changing priorities.
