Monitoring and Evaluation Services in Jordan

The Institute for Strategic Dialogue (ISD) Jordan is seeking proposals for Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) services. Interested consultants and service providers with substantial experience in developing M&E frameworks, conducting M&E activities, and performing baseline and endline project evaluations are invited to apply.

Objective:

  • Conduct a baseline study at the beginning and an endline evaluation at the end of the project.
  • Develop data collection tools and indicators to shift from activity-focused to outcomes-focused evaluation.

Timeline:

  • Duration: 22 months
  • Start: July 2024
  • End: April 2026

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement a comprehensive Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) framework.
  • Develop matrices and tools for M&E activities.
  • Assist the project team in Jordan with planning and executing M&E activities.
  • Conduct the baseline study in collaboration with the project team.
  • Gather and analyze data for periodic evaluation reports.
  • Continuously review project outcomes and conduct a comprehensive impact assessment at the project’s end.
  • Provide expert inputs and broader support to the project and ISD teams on other tasks as needed.

The contract is expected to commence in July 2024, and run for 22 months.

The maximum budget for this project is €15,000.

Proposals must include a technical and financial proposal, team CVs, and evidence of similar past projects.
