Here’s where you come in:

As the Operations & Production Manager, Child Sponsorship Content youwill lead the global end-to-end production and delivery of over 15 million printed and digital sponsor engagement features annually for World Vision’s international partnership. This includes coordinating with 50+ field offices, 20+ fundraising markets, and managing up to 380 language combinations—ensuring every communication is accurate, high-quality, and delivered on time.

This role is essential in bridging cross-functional teams, vendor networks, and internal stakeholders to maintain operational excellence and deliver sponsor experiences that strengthen retention and trust across global markets. It also plays a key part in embracing new technologies and refining processes to support World Vision’s digital transformation, enabling digital-first sponsor communications and improved efficiency, speed, and consistency across our global content operations.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in project or programme management, business administration, technology, operations or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience managing large-scale content operations in digital, print, or multimedia production environments.
  • Experience overseeing the delivery of millions of content assets annually, ideally in global or multilingual settings.
  • Proven track record of managing high-volume content workflows and coordinating cross-functional, multicultural teams.
  • Strong vendor management experience, including contract oversight and surge capacity planning.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex production timelines with hard deadlines.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and project risk management skills.
  • Familiarity with content management systems, workflow platforms, and cloud-based publishing technologies.
  • Six Sigma, Lean, or equivalent process improvement certification highly preferred.
  • Experience working in non-profit, global development, or international agency settings is an asset.
  • Flexible and willing to travel per World Vision policy.
  • Knowledge of Child Sponsorship and development programming, preferably with World Vision.
  • Excellent written and verbal English is required.
