Nous recherchons un·e Stagiaire – Développement de la philanthropie privée.
Mission:
Au sein du département de la collecte de fonds privés, le pôle philanthropie s’occupe des ressources issues de grands donateurs à titre individuel et des fondations privées. Sous la responsabilité des chargés de philanthropie, la mission du stagiaire du pôle philanthropie sera de venir en appui à l’équipe (composée de 4 personnes) pour le développement des ressources issues des grands donateurs à titre individuel et des fondations privées, sur les dossiers suivants :
Activités principales :
Prospection et recherche :
- Identifier et effectuer des recherches d’informations sur des donateurs, prospects et des fondations privées
- Participer à l’élaboration de propositions sur-mesure pour certains grands donateurs et prospects-clés
- Etablir des benchmarks sur les initiatives liées à la philanthropie, en fonction des besoins du pôle
Suivi et fidélisation des grands donateurs :
- Participer à la gestion des campagnes marketing et au suivi opérationnel de la collecte auprès des grands donateurs et des fondations privées
- Elaborer et mettre à jour les outils de suivi de l’activité du service : bases de données contacts et outil CRM, comptes-rendus de réunions et d’activités
- Participer à l’organisation d’événements du service (déjeuners, rencontres, webinaires…)
Transversal :
- Suivre les dons et leur enregistrement en lien avec le service relations donateurs
- Participer à la conception ou à l’actualisation des supports de communication (courriers, fiches projets, présentations, appels à projets etc.)
- Collaborer avec les équipes du pôle Partenariats entreprises et du service Marketing direct
- Contribuer au partage d’informations avec les membres des autres services de la collecte de fonds privés, départements et entités de MSF (Fondation MSF, équipes à l’international)
- Contribuer à la réalisation d’une veille sur la philanthropie, la collecte auprès des fondations privées et grands donateurs ainsi que sur les tendances économiques et financières afin d’identifier des leviers de croissance
Profil recherché :
Formation :
- Formation en étude supérieure type Grande école, IEP, université ; de préférence spécialisation marketing-communication
- Etudiants en Master 1 ou Master 2
Expérience : Première expérience appréciée dans le secteur du mécénat/RSE.
Compétences :
- Excellentes qualités de rédaction
- Maîtrise du pack Office
- Bonne connaissance du web
Langues : français et anglais courants (écrit et parlé).
Statut : Stage de 6 mois à temps plein. Poste basé à Paris. Convention de stage obligatoire
Conditions :
Le montant de la gratification est compris entre 4,35€ et 7,70€ brut par heure en fonction du niveau d’études, pour les stages supérieurs à un mois.
Poste à pourvoir : À partir de juillet 2024
