OBJETIVO: Brindar apoyo psicosocial a las adolescentes y mujeres de la comunidad en los espacios seguros de Mujeres, garantizando la calidad, confidencialidad y estándares internacionales de Violencia Basada en genero y de la organización.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES:
- Participar en el establecimiento de espacios seguros para mujeres y niñas.
- Organización y gestión de las sesiones periódicas en los espacios seguros para mujeres y niñas (WGSS);
- Liderar sesiones de divulgación para alentar a las mujeres y niñas a participar en las actividades de del WGSS.
- Actuar como punto focal y de recepción para las usuarias al WGSS.
- Proporcionar orientación a las usuarias sobre los servicios disponibles y otras informaciones prácticas.
- Dar seguimiento y participar en la estructuración de las actividades diarias en el centro.
- Organizar actividades grupales de apoyo psicosocial.
- Facilitar sesiones de empoderamiento educativo para mujeres y niñas.
- En colaboración con los equipos operativos, asegurar que la adquisición de suministros se realice de manera oportuna;
- Remitir a las personas usuarias a profesionales de trabajo social según corresponda.
- Apoyar y capacitar al voluntariado.
- Facilitar las reuniones mensuales de en material de responsabilidad frentes a las comunidades (AAP) con mujeres y niñas en el WGSS;
- Mantener registros de actividades y producir informes de las actividades de su área de responsabilidad;
- Contribuir a un entorno de equipo de IMC positivo.
- Promover activamente los estándares PSEA (Prevención de la explotación y el abuso sexual) dentro de International Medical Corps y entre las personas usuarias y colaboradoras.
- Asumir cualquier otra responsabilidad relativa a las actividades descritas.
Requisitos mínimos:
- Título universitario en trabajo social, psicología, educación, salud comunitaria, género, u otros estudios relevantes. Deseable especialización en estudios de género.
- Experiencia de trabajo de al menos dos años con grupos en riesgo, es particular mujeres y niñas, siguiendo el enfoque basado en derechos y perspectiva de género.
- Experiencia en facilitación de sesiones grupales;
- Familiaridad con los servicios y recursos disponibles en la zona de implementación de actividades
- Excelente trato interpersonal y comunicación.
- Capacidad de trabajo autónomo y automotivación.
- Escucha activa y Flexibilidad y capacidad para identificar soluciones ante imprevistos.
- Altas capacidades organizativas.
