Digital Consultant

Deliverables and Timeline:

1. Video Production

• Quantity: 12 to 15 videos, interviewees as identified and organized by ICMC.
• Duration: Approx. 8-12 minutes each.
• Languages: English, Spanish, and French (each video will be subtitled in the two complementary languages).
• Tasks:
• Coordinate and follow the scripts prepared for each of the interviewees, as defined by ICMC.
• Record, edit, and produce high-quality videos.
• Add branding elements, graphics, and multilingual subtitles.

2. Online Course Development

• Languages: English, Spanish, and French.
• Structure: A pre-defined, 7-module curriculum integrating the produced videos above, plus course readings, and interactive tools to be identified by ICMC.
• Platform options: Integration into FOWLS/ICMC’s existing website, or use of platforms like Articulate or Talent LMS, depending on feasibility and accessibility.
• Tasks:
• Design and build the digital course structure.
• Integrate all content and multimedia.
• Ensure user-friendly navigation and accessibility across devices.

B. Collaboration

• Lead bi-weekly check-ins with the FOWLS Project Manager and staff to review progress, align priorities, and address any challenges.
• Submit regular tracking reports summarizing tasks completed, issues raised by FOWLS staff, and how these have been addressed or resolved.
• Participate in planning sessions, including pre-production calls and emails with interviewees when needed.
• Collaborate on the testing and final review of the platform to ensure usability, accessibility, and multilingual integration before final launch.

C. Timeline

The consultancy should be carried out and completed within a 43-month period. A detailed work plan will be finalized with the selected consultant.

Eligibility:

1. Ability to provide services in French, Spanish, and English
2. Demonstrated experience in video production and online curriculum development
3. Registration with relevant national government (tax or other number required)
4. Not subject to sanctions per EU guidelines
