Zoom sur le Service Communication
Le Service Communication se compose de 11 personnes. La mission de ses membres est de définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie de la Communication en cohérence avec les enjeux de communication de l’association.
Et l’Assistant.e Communication Digitale dans tout ça?
En tant qu’Assistant.e Communication Digitale, sous la supervision de la Chargée de Communication webmarketing et communication digitale et en collaboration étroite avec les membres de la Direction du Développement et de l’Innovation et des différentes équipes en mission sur le terrain, vous mettrez en œuvre la stratégie de communication digitale de Première Urgence Internationale et assurerez son suivi.
Vous serez responsable de l’animation des réseaux sociaux via la création et la planification de contenus. Vous contribuerez ainsi à accroître la notoriété de PUI afin de favoriser la collecte de dons auprès du grand public. Vous serez responsable de la collecte et de l’analyse des performances clés des réseaux sociaux et du site institutionnel, et vous participerez à la réalisation des reportings. Vous participer à l’identification, à la mobilisation et à l’encadrement d’influenceurs. En cohérence avec la stratégie de communication digitale, vous créerez des contenus multimédia (photos, infographies, vidéos, etc). Vous assurez quotidiennement une veille technologique et un benchmark dans le secteur solidarité internationale afin d’identifier de nouvelles opportunités marketing et de communication. Enfin, vous contribuerez à la vie du service Communication et de l’association.
Ce qu’il vous faudra pour décrocher cette alternance
- Formation: Vous devez être rattaché.e à un centre de formation agrée par l’Etat et justifier de la poursuite d’un diplôme supérieur, niveau Bac+4 ou bac+5, en cursus, de Communication, d’Ecole de Commerce ou d’Economie et Sciences Sociales.
- Expérience: Une expérience en milieu associatif sera valorisée.
- Compétences: Vous avez un intérêt avéré pour le secteur de la communication digitale et une pratique courante des réseaux sociaux, et vous avez une appétence particulière pour le secteur de l’aide humanitaire et de l’aide au développement. Vous devez avoir des compétences dans le community management, et des solides connaissances en marketing digitale.
- Qualités requises: Vous êtes dynamique, capable de travailler en équipe et en autonomie, créatif.ve et polyvalent.e. Vous montrez un bon relationnel ainsi que de réelles capacités rédactionnelles en français et en anglais.
- Langues: Français et anglais n’ont aucun secret pour vous? Tant mieux, ce sont deux langues indispensables pour ce poste !

- Prise en charge: Prise en charge à hauteur de 50% du titre de transport et à hauteur de 60% des Tickets Restaurant (d’une valeur faciale de 9€)
