Our multinational team possesses over 30 years of experience working with humanitarian and development programs across Africa, Asia, and the Middle East.
Global Impact Consultancy (GIC) is seeking experienced professionals to deliver high-quality online capacity-building training for humanitarian and development partners. We are looking for experts with proven experience in:
✅ Financial Management – budgeting, BVA monitoring, financial reporting, and accountability.
✅ Supply Chain & Procurement – procurement planning, tendering, contract management, and asset management.
✅ Human Resources Management – recruitment, staff onboarding/offboarding, and salary grading.
✅ Project Cycle Management (PCM) – needs assessments, proposal development, indicator tracking, and adaptive project monitoring.
✅ Institutional Strengthening – policy review and development, including HR, finance, procurement, and PSEA policies.
📍 Requirements:
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience designing and delivering engaging, interactive online training.
- Background in humanitarian or development contexts, with a strong preference for experience in fragile or conflict-affected environments.
- Ability to equip participants with practical tools, real-world case studies, and context-specific examples aligned with organizational priorities.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English, with the ability to deliver training seamlessly in both languages.
