Depuis le siège de Croix-Rouge Compétence à Montrouge (92) et au sein de Centre de Formation d’Apprentis (CFA), vous assurerez les activités administratives et financière courantes du CFA et accompagnez les équipes administratives à la bonne application de la législation et des procédures internes en matière d’activité de l’apprentissage.
Présentation de la Croix-Rouge française :
Forte de ses 66 275 bénévoles et 16 700 salariés engagés en France comme à l’étranger, la Croix-Rouge française, (650 établissements et services pour 1,5 milliards de CA annuel) c’est à la fois une association loi 1901 reconnue d’utilité publique, de volontaires engagés depuis plus de 150 ans sur de nombreux fronts de la lutte contre les précarités, et une entreprise à but non lucratif de services dans les champs sanitaire, social, médico-social et de la formation.
La filière “Croix Rouge Compétence” :
Sur le seul champ de la formation, la filière formation de la Croix-Rouge française, nommée Croix-Rouge Compétence, se déploie au travers de 11 directions régionales qui comptent 60 établissements de formation répartis sur tout le territoire français (métropole et Outre-mer). Chaque année plus de 17 000 personnes sont formées à 30 métiers du sanitaire et social ( Infirmiers ……) par la voie de la formation initiale et celle d’ apprentissage ou de la validation des acquis de l’expérience, plus de 90 000 stagiaires en formation professionnelle dans les domaines du sanitaire-social et de la santé-sécurité au travail, et plus de 1500 personnes sont accompagnées dans la voie de la préqualification (découverte d’un métier, remise à niveau, établissement d’un projet professionnel).

La ou le chargé d’appui administratif apprentissage sera sous la responsabilité du responsable national du CFA.
Vous collaborez avec les différents acteurs : équipe pédagogique, administrative des régions et des autres membres des départements de Croix-Rouge Compétence et les directions de la Croix-Rouge française siège.

Vous mettez en œuvre les tâches administratives du quotidien.
Gérer et orienter les courriers
Assurer le suivi financier mensuel
Vous traitez les informations entrantes administratives et financières
Vous assurez le suivi des données administratives et financières des apprentis
Suivre les différents projets ou dossiers
Vous assurez un accompagnement des équipes en régions
Assurer un support sur la bonne conformité des aspects administratifs (CERFA, convention, aides de l’Etat…)
Assurer un support sur le volet financier (circuit de facturation et suivi des comptes)
Mise en place et soutenir le remplissage des tableaux de bord
Organiser et animer des ateliers thématiques
Vous maintenez les interactions avec les partenaires (financeurs, asp, direction financière)
