Community space leaders (volunteers)

We are looking for several volunteers willing to be in charge of facilitating a safe space for women and/or children.

Depending on the particular role, the lead can be involved in tasks as:

• organising regular activities in the space (e.g., cooking, dancing, fitness, spa, arts and crafts, jewellery),
• developing new activities and workshops,
• organising events,
• play and be creative with children,
• and ensure that the space is safe and welcoming.

In some roles, additional support to case managers or help with social media (as writing blog posts and share photos) can also be required.

Requirements:

• availability for at least 1,5–2 months;
• minimum age 20;
• awareness about issues faced by migrants and refugees in Europe;
• previous experience in organising activities for women and children is welcome.
