Expert Legacy Fundraising*

The position is to be filled as soon as possible, with an initial contract duration of one year due to a substitution. Employment location will be Bonn, Germany.

After several very successful years, Welthungerhilfe sees further potential to better understand the field of legacy fundraising and the special group of donors, to tailor communication more closely to them, and to provide them with even more individualized support. Here we are at the beginning of a process in which we will renew the offer and the communication. Your responsibilities

• Supporting and advising potential estate donors
• Contributing to the implementation of marketing measures in the field of legacy fundraising
• Planning, implementation and follow-up of events on the topic of legacies
• Maintenance of all customer data in the CRM system
• Interface management with various departments (including legal, marketing and financial accounting)

Your profile

• A university/college degree or comparable qualification
• Several years of relevant professional experience e.g. in key account management, marketing, foundations or fundraising desirable
• Strong empathic & emotional social competence
• High service orientation
• Team-oriented, independent and proactive working style
• Strong analytical, organizational and planning skills
• Excellent spoken and written German as well as good English language skills
