Role
You will lead and co-create Habibi.Sports, a new community sports program offering activities like climbing, volleyball, football, fitness, boxing, and yoga. You’ll work with community coaches, manage safeguarding and logistics, and create an inclusive and empowering space.
Requirements
- Legal authorization to live & work in Greece
- Excellent English; other languages (Greek, Arabic, Farsi, French, Somali) an asset
- 23+ years old
- Strong interpersonal & organizational skills
- Experience leading sports classes, including climbing
- High stress resilience, cultural sensitivity, and self-initiative
Compensation
- Months 1–3: voluntary (unpaid)
- Months 4–6: €300/month stipend possible
- From month 7: Greek contract with €420/month + bonus & health insurance
Accommodation (shared dorm), dinner on workdays, and flexible time off included.
