POSTE
Nous recherchons une personne expérimentée pour diriger techniquement le volet Promotion de la Santé et Engagement Communautaires (PHP&EC), sous la supervision du WaSH Manager et qui travaillera avec les équipes de terrain PHP pour renforcer la capacité des communautés à prévenir et à réduire les risques pour la santé publique.
QUELLES SERONT TES RESPONSABILITÉS?
- Guider toute l’équipe technique WaSH dans l’utilisation des données épidémiologiques et du retour d’information de la communauté pour adapter le programme en temps réel et le plan d’action claire avec les différentes catégories des populations affectées;
- En collaboration avec d’autres acteurs/agences, aider les équipes WaSH à soutenir les communautés et avoir une meilleure compréhension des itinéraires thérapeutiques et de surveillance santé à base communautaire;
- Renforcer les capacités de l’équipe du PHP en matière de communication et de facilitation et utiliser des données en temps réel pour favoriser un dialogue constructif et une interaction continue avec les groupes à haut risque;
- Contribuer aux dimensionnements des activités PHP dans l’élaboration de nouvelles propositions de projet;
- Responsable de la mise en place de la composante stratégique Promotion de la Santé Public et Engagement Communautaires pour les projets d’Oxfam RCA dans les sites de déplacés et zones de retour à Batangafo et Bria;
- Représenter et participer activement au mécanisme de sous-coordination externe afin de remonter les feedbacks et perceptions communautaires et de fournir une orientation technique pour promouvoir une réponse centrée sur la communauté;
- Veiller à ce que les plans d’actions communautaires avec des indicateurs clairs soient suivis régulièrement et évaluer leur mise en œuvre.

- Expérience professionnelle internationale, dans différents contextes, y compris une expérience récente de la gestion techniques ou implémentation direct de programmes de santé publique humanitaires, avec une forte participation/mobilisation/communication de la communauté;
- Forte expérience sur la mise en œuvre d’une méthodologie de travail participatif et collaboratif avec les communautés;
- Forte compétence en matière de renforcement des capacités;
- De solides compétences en matière d’évaluation, d’analyse et de planification;
- Sensibilité aux différences culturelles et capacité à travailler dans des contextes culturels variés;
- Une bonne compréhension de l’importance de l’égalité des sexes et de la participation au programme mise en œuvre;
- Aptitude à travailler sous pression et à s’adapter à des situations changeantes.
