Zoom sur le Service Technique & Capitalisation
Le Service Technique & Capitalisation se compose de 9 personnes. La mission de ses membres est d’ essayer de réduire le fardeau de la sous-nutrition sous toutes ses formes.
Et le Stagiaire Santé et Nutrition dans tout ça?
Au sein de la branche santé publique du Service Technique et Capitalisation (STC) qui compte 1 adjointe Santé Publique à la responsable STC, 1 référent Pharmacie, 4 reférent.es Santé et Nutrition, 2 reférent.es Santé Mentale et Soutien Psychosocial (SMSPS) Vous travaillerez sous la supervision directe d’un.e référent.e santé et nutrition et en collaboration étroite avec les referent.es SMSPS. Vous serez amené à travailler avec les collaborateurs de terrain, les chargés de programmes au siège et les autres référent.es techniques du STC.
L’objectif du stage sera de participer au renforcement technique et programmatique des interventions visant à prévenir, dépister et traiter la malnutrition au sein de nos zones d’interventions et dans le cadre d’une approche intégrée. Vous travaillerez, avec le/la référent.e santé et nutrition à créer et consolider une boite à outils en fonction des expériences de terrain couvrant les approches en nutrition suivantes : 1/PCIMA, 2/Les interventions à base communautaire (incluant mais pas non exhaustif, Groupe de soutien, Mother to Mother support group, positive déviance, etc), 3/Approches innovantes/alternatives, 4/MAMI, 5/SMSPS en nutrition, 6/EHA en nutrition. Vous participerez aussi à l’établissement d’un état des lieux des activités mises en œuvre par les missions, à la formalisation des apprentissages existant.
Ce qu’il vous faudra pour décrocher ce stage
- Une Convention délivrée par votre organisme de formation !: A ce titre, vous pouvez justifier d’une formation en santé publique, ou nutrition appliquée à la sous-nutrition et êtes actuellement en formation.
- Expérience: Une première expérience à l’International sera valorisée.
- Compétences: Vous faites preuve d’une bonne communication, d’excellentes capacités rédactionnelles et d’un esprit de synthèse. Vous avez des connaissances en matière de recherche et méthodologie. Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le pack office. Vous avez des connaissances en nutrition, malnutrition et approches de prise en charge et / ou communautaire.
- Qualités requises: Vous êtes autonome, avez le sens des responsabilités et de l’organisation et êtes rigoureux.se dans votre travail.
- Langues: Français et anglais n’ont aucun secret pour vous ? Tant mieux, ce sont deux langues indispensables pour ce stage !

- Gratification: 4.60€/heure
