Acted Tchad
Acted intervient au Tchad depuis novembre 2004 et au Lac depuis 2011 où elle y conduit des interventions d’urgence et de résilience auprès des populations réfugiées, déplacées, retournées et hôtes vulnérables.
Acted Tchad compte plus de 130 employés et dirige ses opérations depuis sa base de coordination nationale à N’Djamena.
Avec une base de coordination régionale à Bol et une sous-base à Daboua, les programmes d’Acted se déroulent actuellement dans les départements de Mamdi, Fouli et Kaya, dans la Province du Lac Tchad. La stratégie d’Acted allie une réponse d’urgence au sein du consortium de mécanisme de réponse rapide (RRM) à travers une assistance alimentaire (programmes de distribution de vivres/cash et non vivres, de nutrition) et en abris; et un soutien au relèvement précoce à travers des programmes de lutte contre la malnutrition et des approches multisectorielles en Eau, Hygiène et Assainissement (EHA), éducation en urgence (EiE), réduction des risques de catastrophes (RRC) et renforcement des moyens d’existence.
Rôle et responsabilités principales
Le.a coordinateur.rice de zone représente Acted vis à vis des autorités locales, des bailleurs, des populations bénéficiaires et des autres acteurs clefs.
Le.a coordinateur.rice est membre de l’équipe de management, il/elle garantit la qualité du programme et sa mise en œuvre opérationnelle, ainsi que son déploiement là où c’est approprié et réalisable, il/elle assure un fort rôle de représentation. Le.a coordinateur.rice supervise directement les responsables de projet en contrôlant que les projets et les programmes sont adaptés aux besoins des bénéficiaires et qu’ils sont mis en œuvre en accord avec la stratégie globale d’Acted , avec les orientations du bailleur. Une fois les plans de travail et les budgets validés, le coordinateur de zone supervise également au jour le jour les opérations et la sécurité dans la zone concernée.

Qualifications et compétences requises
- Formation en développement international, les opérations d’urgence, les programmes humanitaires etc. ;
- Expérience approfondie de la gestion de projets dans des programmes d’urgence et/ou de développement ;
- Des compétences en gestion de base sont préférables (RH, finances, logistique) ;
- Au moins quatre ans d’expérience professionnelle pertinente, comprenant de préférence la gestion de la sécurité ;
- Capacités avérées en matière de leadership et de gestion d’équipe requises ;
- Capacité à travailler sous pression ;
- Solides compétences en négociation et en relations interpersonnelles, et flexibilité ;
Conditions
- Salaire défini par la grille des salaires Acted en fonction du niveau d’études, de l’expertise, du niveau de sécurité et du niveau d’expérience : entre 3000 et 3100 € net mensuel (avant impôts sur le revenu)
- Indemnité mensuelle de frais de vie 300$
- Logement en guesthouse et nourriture pris en charge par Acted
- Sécurité sociale, mutuelle (MSH) et assistance rapatriement (SOS International) pris en charge par Acted
- Transport vers la mission et billet retour totalement pris en charge tous les 6 mois (vers l’adresse spécifiée sur le contrat de travail)
- Frais de visa pris en charge par Acted
- R&R tous les 3 mois (billet d’avion pris en charge jusqu’à 500$ + indemnité supplémentaire de 200$)
- Une semaine de préparation au départ comprenant 4 jours de formation sécurité en immersion
