What is FTS?

The Financial Tracking Service (FTS) is a centralized hub where contributors and recipients of humanitarian aid exchange data and information on humanitarian funding. FTS provides humanitarians a clear picture on global humanitarian funding and informs lifesaving humanitarian decisions at the strategic, operational and tactical levels.

Who is contributing?

FTS presents information on who contributes humanitarian aid – in-kind and financial. This includes Member States, donors, private sector entities and others in support of principled humanitarian action across the globe.

Who and what’s being funded?

FTS tracks funding to UN agencies, national and international organizations, and other relevant entities across different countries, regions, and crisis zones, as well as various sectors such as food security, shelter, health care, and protection, among others, receiving support.

Progress against requirements

FTS monitors the gaps between the requirements and the funding, where they exist and particularly in relation to the Inter Agency Standing Committee (IASC) effort accross the globe
