Le Réseau Africain de l’éducation pour la Santé et la citoyenneté (RAES) a reçu un financement de la fondation Bill-Gates (GATES), et a l’intention d’utiliser une partie du montant de celui-ci pour effectuer les paiements au titre du recrutement d’une agence en communication et événementiel pour accompagner l’ONG RAES dans l’organisation du lancement officiel de la phase II du programme C’est La Vie! à Abidjan.
Le projet C’est La Vie! une campagne de communication à 360° pour le changement de comportement en matière de Santé sexuelle et reproductive, de santé maternelle et infantile, de violence basée sur le genre et de la qualité de soins de santé, marquant ainsi le début de sa spécialisation en éducation par le divertissement. La phase II, permettra au RAES d’explorer et de mettre en œuvre des approches différentes en collaboration avec les différents partenaires de terrain.
L’agence aura pour mission d’accompagner l’ONG RAES dans l’organisation du lancement officiel de la phase II du programme C’est La Vie à Abidjan . Le présent avis à manifestation d’intérêt à pour objectif à :
sélectionner des agences de communication qui répondent à un certain nombre de critères afin de constituer une short-list de candidats qui seront invités à soumettre une méthodologie et une offre financière, pour l’organisation de l’événement.
Dans cette première phase, les agences seront sélectionnées sur la base d’une offre technique unique qui présente les justificatifs requis dans la section à la fin de ce document.
Trois (03) agences seront présélectionnées et invitées à soumissionner une offre financière et méthodologique pour l’organisation de l’événement.
L’agence retenue aura pour mission d’assurer l’organisation de l’événement de lancement du projet phase II de C’est la vie! en collaboration avec l’équipe du RAES. Au moment voulu, le RAES fournira toutes les informations et documentations liées à l’activité.
Le RAES invite les agences à manifester leur intérêt à fournir les Services décrits ci-dessus.
Cet Appel à Manifestations d’Intérêt s’adresse uniquement aux agences spécialisées en communication et événementiel établies en Côte d’ivoire.
Les agences ne peuvent soumettre qu’une seule offre en leur nom propre ou en Groupement. Si une agence (y compris le membre d’un Groupement) soumet ou participe à plusieurs candidatures, celles-ci seront éliminées.
Modalités de soumission :
Les agences intéressées par cet AMI devront être spécialisées dans la communication, la conception graphique et audiovisuelle, le marketing et la promotion événementielle. Les offres techniques doivent être soumises en un document pdf avec les justificatifs suivants :
- Le portefeuille de l’agence présentant :
- le nombre d’année d’expérience;
- les projets réalisés pour au moins 5 clients/partenaires;
- une description sur quelques lignes, illustrée de photos, de ces 5 événements organisés, y compris le budget et le nombre de participants;
- la liste des partenariats avec les médias.
- Fournir au moins trois (03) contacts de références pertinentes dans des prestations d’envergure nationale et internationale, pour des ONG en collaboration avec les structures étatiques et/ou privées, mobilisant autour de trois cents (300) personnes;
- Fournir une fiche de présentation des membres de votre équipe ou de l’équipe proposée pour la mise en oeuvre de l’activités;
- Fournir une présentation sur maximum 15 ligne de la compréhension du projet;
- Prouver un chiffre d’affaires annuel d’un montant minimum de vingt millions de FCFA (20.000.000 FCFA)
- Une connaissance des ONG serait un atout.

Le RAESdressera une liste restreinte de trois (3) agences maximum, présélectionnées sur la base des offres reçues, auxquelles il adressera la Demande de Propositions pour la réalisation des Services requis.
