COOPI cerca un/una Senior Grants Officer da inserire nell’Area Sviluppo e Conoscenza presso la sede di Milano
L’Area Sviluppo e Conoscenza è parte integrante del Dipartimento per le Attività Internazionali di COOPI. Il suo mandato è quello di guidare laprogettazione e l’attuazione della strategia di finanziamento istituzionale di COOPI, e di coordinare, coltivare epromuovere la conoscenza e la qualità dei programmi dell’organizzazione. La figura di Senior Grants Officer si focalizzarà sulla gestione del partenariato con la DG ECHO, svolgendo un ruolo di rappresentanza attiva nello spazio umanitario europeo e fungendo da guida ai coordinamenti regionali e nazionali nella progettazione e gestione dei contratti. Sarà inoltre strumentale nell’identificazione e lo sviluppo di nuovi finanziamenti istituzionali per l’organizzazione.
Responsabilità del ruolo
Nello specifico:
- Contribuisce alla gestione del Partnership Certificate con la DG ECHO, monitorando, analizzando e riferendo sulla corretta applicazione del quadro contrattuale, e fornisce supporto ai servizi di sede per conformarsi a tali requisiti in tutte le fasi della gestione del ciclo del progetto;
- Assicura la conoscenza e l’adesione dell’organizzazione alle politiche del donor sulla sostenibilità ambientale e la localizzazione, e alle linee guida tecnico-settoriali;
- Identifica le opportunità di finanziamento e coordina la progettazione all’interno del processo annuale HIP, sostenendo i coordinamenti nazionali e regionali nella scrittura e presentazione di proposte qualitative e strategiche, verificandone l’analisi economico-finanziaria in collaborazione con le figure preposte;
- Supporta la gestione dei contratti, con particolare responsabilità per le modifiche contrattuali e la reportistica, e funge da advisor nella comunicazione con il donor durante tutta l’implementazione del progetto;
- Sviluppa e diffonde strumenti di formazione, linee guida e documenti informativi su come lavorare con DG ECHO e su temi operativi relativi;
- Contribuisce a rappresentare e posizionare l’organizzazione con le organizzazioni e nelle reti di ONG pertinenti (Voice HP Watch Group), e a partecipare ai gruppi di lavoro e ai maggiori eventi promossi nel settore umanitario soprattutto a livello europeo;
- Promuove una visione strategica del partenariato con la DG ECHO, sensibilizzando e informando l’organizzazione su opportunità e piste programmatiche innovative.

- Ove richiesto, identifica bandi e altre opportunità di finanziamento da finanziatori istituzionali per le attività di COOPI, studiandone le modalità di accesso e di gestione;
- Contribuisce a svolgere un’analisi sistematica dei bisogni e trends sulla progettazione a tutti i livelli dell’organizzazione e alla produzione di riflessioni e buone pratiche sulla gestione dei finanziamenti istituzionali all’interno dell’area Sviluppo & Conoscenza;
- Interpreta con flessibilità il proprio ruolo ed accoglie nuovi incarichi e opportunità di sviluppo.
Competenze richieste
Requisiti essenziali
- Master in studi umanitari, cooperazione allo sviluppo, relazioni internazionali, o simili;
- Minimo 5-7 anni di progressiva esperienza professionale in ruoli simili;
- Comprovata esperienza nella gestione della partnership con DG ECHO, e profonda conoscenza delle regole contrattuali dell’UE;
- Esperienza di gestione progetti sul campo;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana, inglese e francese;
- Ottime capacità analitiche e di scrittura;
- Capacità di lavorare sotto stress, comunicare in modo efficace e tempestivo;
- Orientamento ai risultati e alla risoluzione dei problemi.
Requisiti preferenziali
- Esperienza di acquisizione e gestione fondi USAID/US Government;
- Conoscenza dello spagnolo;
- Esperienza di formazione.
