Plan International UK is looking for an experienced Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Specialist to play a key role in supporting design and overseeing the sophisticated MEL systems and processes required to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness, quality and performance of ANRIN, a large scale nutrition/health programme in Nigeria.
