General Description of the Programme:

SENED is an independent, non-governmental, non-profit organization licensed and registered in Türkiye with the number 27-15-175. SENED Organization was established shortly after the Syrian Nakba and in response to the suffering of millions of Syrian refugees in Turkey as well as internally displaced people in Syria, to alleviate suffering, achieving justice, equality, and freedom, strengthening the role of civil society, and supporting and developing the local community. SENED works in the humanitarian work sectors to support, empower, and educate the community through several programs, takes exceptional care of people with disabilities and their families and defends their issues.

SENED Association emphasizes creating safe, accessible, and participation-encouraging living conditions for individuals’ emotional, intellectual, physical, and social development by focusing on people with disabilities. Beyond the medical perspective on disability, it tries to find solutions to the problems faced by disabled people with a holistic perspective by considering the disabled people, their families, and the society they live in, focusing on the conditions they experience. SENED Association aims to create a safe and supportive environment and space by conducting family-oriented activities to help disabled individuals and their families become stronger, discover their potential and stand by with their children. By collecting data on refugee-disabled people and identifying problems and needs, SENED strives to ensure harmony between disabled refugees and local people with a voluntary, professional team and a community-based approach. All activities, education, research, advocacy, etc., are carried out on platforms created by local and disabled refugee people.

Job purpose:

· يكون ميسر الدعم النفسي الاجتماعي مسؤولاً عن تنفيذ أنشطة الدعم النفسي والصحة النفسية مع الاطفال ذوي الاعاقة واقرانهم في اعزاز.

Duties, objectives, and competencies:

· سيعمل ميسر الدعم النفسي الاجتماعي في اعزاز بشكل ميداني تحت المسؤولية المباشرة لمسؤول الحماية. سوف يقوم الميسر ب:

· تنفيذ جلسات دعم نفسي اجتماعي جماعية للأطفال ذوي الإعاقة وأقرانهم من غير ذوي الإعاقة.

· تنفيذ أنشطة الدمج بين الأطفال ذوي الاعاقة وأقرانهم من غير ذوي الإعاقة.

· المساهمة في وضع خطط سير الجلسات.

· مراقبة المستفيدين ولفت نظر المدير المباشر للحالات التي بحاجة لعناية خاصة وإحالة إلى خدمات أكثر تخصصاً.

· المساهمة في كتابة تقارير الجلسات.

· الحفاظ على أمن وسلامة المستفيدين النفسية والجسدية.

· تأمين بيئة مناسبة لجلسات الدعم النفسي الاجتماعي وتحضير المستلزمات والاحتياجات الخاصة بكل جلسة.

· احترام وتطبيق جميع مبادئ الحماية من الاستغلال الجنسي والاعتداء الجنسي، وإظهار الالتزام العالي للإبلاغ عن أي استغلال أو اعتداء جنسي.

· إجراء الزيارات والجولات الميدانية ضمن البرامج الموضوعة.

· تنفيذ إجراءات الإحالة إلى خدمة الدعم والإشراف والمتابعة الفردية عند الضرورة.

· أرشفة الوثائق والتقارير الخاصة بكل حالة ضمن ملف خاص به (ورقي + الكتروني)

· تحديد مواعيد تقييم الحالات، ومواعيد الجلسات الفردية والجماعية، ومتابعة التزام الحالات بالمواعيد والجلسات والحضور والغياب

· إدراج الحالات ضمن برنامج التأهيل وفصلها من برنامج التأهيل في حال )عدم الالتزام بالجلسات – عدم تدريب الطفل – الإساءة للعاملين (وبالاتفاق مع الاخصائي المشرف).

· تحضير الوسائل اللازمة لتنفيذ الجلسات الفردية والجماعية.

· تقييم الحالة النفسية لأهالي المستفيدين وإجراء إحالة داخلية أو خارجية في حال تطلب الأمر ذلك.

· تنفيذ جلسات ابوية لمقدمي الرعاية حول إعاقة طفلهم (أسبابها – طرق الوقاية منها في المستقبل – طرق علاجها وتأهيلها – الخدمات الواجب تقديمها لهم والخدمات المتوفرة ضمن المجتمع المحلي وتفعيل دور الأهل في عملية التأهيل)

Requirements: Essential

· شهادة جامعية في الإرشاد النفسي أو التربية الخاصة أو الخدمة الاجتماعية او اي موهل علمي ذو صلة.

· خبرة في العمل كداعم نفسي اجتماعي ضمن منظمات المجتمع المدني (سنة على الأقل).

· خبرة في تقديم جلسات الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي الفردية والجماعية للأطفال.

Requirements (desired)

· خلفية جيدة في التعامل مع الأطفال والأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة له/ها الافضلية.

· مهارات تواصل كتابية وشفوية.

· الإلمام والالتزام بالمعايير الإنسانية.

· يفضل شهادات حضور دورات في مجال الحماية والدعم النفسي الاجتماعي والتربية الخاصة.

· إتقان العمل على مجموعة برامج أوفيس بشكل جيد.
