Zoom sur le Pôle Asie-Europe
Le Pôle Asie-Europe se compose d’une dizaine personnes. La mission de ses membres est d’assurer l’accompagnement des missions dans l’ensemble des opérations pour atteindre les objectifs fixés, dans le respect du mandat de l’Association, et de ses procédures internes et externes.
Et le Stagiaire Asie-Europe dans tout ça?
En tant que Stagiaire Asie-Europe, vous assisterez le/la Chargé/e des Programmes du Pôle dans l’élaboration, la mise en oeuvre et le suivi opérationnel sur le terrain des programmes de PUI.
Vous contribuerez particulièrement à la capitalisation d’informations contextuelles et proposerez des documents appropriés pour la préparation au départ des expatriés. Vous apprendrez ainsi à maîtriser la gestion et le suivi des projets et vous vous familiariserez avec l’action humanitaire et le fonctionnement d’un siège. Vous participerez à la capitalisation et au suivi des projets dans leur composante technique en fonction de votre profil et des priorités opérationnelles du Pôle (santé, santé mentale, nutrition, eau hygiène assainissement, sécurité alimentaire et moyen d’existence, protection). L’implication sur les volets techniques se fera à la discrétion du/de la chargé/e des Programmes selon le profil du/de la stagiaire et les priorités opérationnelles définies.

Une Convention délivrée par votre organisme de formation !
A ce titre, vous êtes en cours d’obtention d’un diplôme supérieur (min. Master 2 ou équivalent) dans un domaine lié à l’action humanitaire: gestion de projet, formation technique en lien avec l’un de nos secteurs d’intervention, Sciences Sociales, Sciences politiques, Economie, etc.
Expérience
Une expérience associative, en France ou à l’étranger, sera valorisée.
Compétences
Vous disposez d’excellentes capacités rédactionnelles, et de solides notions en informatique (Word, Excel).
Qualités requises
Vous montrez un bon relationnel, une facilité de communication, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral, et vous avez le goût du travail en équipe. Vous faites preuve d’autonomie, de curiosité et savez être force de proposition. Vous disposez d’une bonne capacité d’adaptation et d’organisation.
Langues
Français et anglais n’ont aucun secret pour vous ? Tant mieux, ce sont deux langues indispensables pour ce poste ! Si vous parlez aussi l’espagnol, ce sera peut-être le petit plus qui fera la différence !

« PUI offre à ses assistants de Pôle une immersion dans l’univers humanitaire couvrant tous les domaines du secteur. Pour commencer, les tâches administratives permettront une première approche. Puis le stagiaire évoluera rapidement vers une participation active aux réunions qui l’intéresseront le plus, en adéquation avec son projet et ses préférences d’orientation. C’est un membre à part entière de notre équipe, qui a accès à toutes les informations, et dont la formation nous tient à coeur. »

Gratification: 4,60€/heure
Prise en charge: Prise en charge à hauteur de 50% du titre de transport et à hauteur de 60% des Tickets Restaurant (d’une valeur faciale de 9€)
Repos: 1 RTT par mois (37h/semaine)
