But
Le/la Psychologue contribue à la mise en oeuvre des programmes de Santé Mentale et d’Appui Psychosocial (SMAPS) définis au niveau local et national. Il/elle fournit un soutien direct aux victimes des conflits armés et/ou d’autres situations de violence et/ou forme, supervise et entraîne d’autres personnes à le faire.
Responsabilités principales
▪ Développe, exécute et accompagne les activités des programmes SMAPS du CICR mis en oeuvre en Haïti, (soutien aux aidants – Help the Helpers) dans les zones prioritaires définies.
▪ Contribue aux diagnostics des besoins et des ressources en SMAPS pour comprendre les besoins de la population cible et déterminer la pertinence de la réponse possible en suivant les guides techniques institutionnels, en étroite collaboration avec son/sa supérieur(e) fonctionnel(le).
▪ Met en oeuvre directement les activités du SMAPS par des séances de soutien psychologique de groupe et/ou individuel (lorsque nécessaire) aux bénéficiaires directs des programmes.
▪ Organise la référence des bénéficiaires pour un soutien spécialisé individuel (psychologique et/ou psychiatrique), en assurant le suivi et le monitoring des cas.
▪ Développe des contenus (en collaboration avec l’équipe SMAPS) et met en oeuvre des activités liées à l’information et à la formation des agents communautaires, personnel de santé, volontaires de la Croix Rouge et/ou d’autres acteurs SMAPS sur des sujets en lien avec les programmes SMAPS du CICR.
▪ En conformité avec les normes du CICR, utilise les outils de suivi et d’évaluation et garantit la collecte périodique des données conformément aux besoins internes de rapport.
▪ Enregistre et traite l’information (générale et spécifique) de manière correcte et confidentielle.
▪ Travaille en étroite collaboration multidisciplinaire avec d’autres départements du CICR (santé, protection, communication, prévention, coopération, etc.) dans le but de fournir une réponse intégrée et coordonnée en fonction des besoins identifiés.
▪ Maintient une communication régulière avec le délégué de santé mentale et de soutien psychosocial et/ou le Responsable de programme de santé, en fournissant des données et des mises à jour du programme.
▪ Evalue constamment l’évolution du contexte et des éventuels besoins SMAPS et participe à l’élaboration, à la mise en oeuvre et au rapport de nouveaux programmes potentiels du SMAPS.
▪ Agit en tant qu’interprète français/créole du délégué MHPSS lors de réunions, formations, interventions, etc., selon les besoins.
Connaissances, expérience et critères minimum requis :
▪ Diplômé(e) en Psychologie clinique ou avec une spécialisation en clinique.
▪ Spécialité ou postgrade en psychologie clinique ou domaine connexe (souhaitable).
▪ Expérience en soutien psychologique aux populations affectées par des violences, au moins 2 ans.
▪ Expérience en interventions psychosociales au niveau communautaire.
▪ Expérience en mise en oeuvre de programmes et/ou projets de Santé Mentale et de Soutien Psychosocial.
▪ Expérience dans une organisation international, particulièrement dans le Mouvement de la Croix-Rouge, un atout apprécié.
▪ Excellente maîtrise du français oral et écrit ; créole courant ; connaissance intermédiaire en anglais ;
▪ Excellente maitrise des outils informatiques (Microsoft Office Suite, etc.).
▪ Disponibilité et flexibilité pour de fréquentes missions sur le terrain ;
▪ Habilité de travailler sous pression, prenant des initiatives tout en respectant les procédures en vigueur et en communication régulière avec sa hiérarchie ;
▪ Capacité de travailler dans une équipe multiculturelle ;
▪ Capacité d’adaptation et d’adhésion aux changements rapides tout en gérant un volume important de travail ;
