Why work for us?

We have long recognised that the private sector plays a critical role in reducing poverty. People in the vulnerable communities where we work encounter markets and companies every day, as producers, workers, entrepreneurs, neighbours or consumers.

It therefore makes sense to work closely with the private sector in order to increase our chances of achieving mutual objectives.

The Business with CARE team brings CARE’s deep expertise and global and local reach to help partners achieve greater social and environmental impact, and to support overall progress toward the SDGs.

At CARE International UK we affirm the dignity, potential and contribution of participants, donors, partners and staff. Our actions are consistent with our mission. We are honest and transparent in what we do and say and accept responsibility for our collective and individual actions. We work together effectively to serve the larger community. We constantly challenge ourselves to the highest levels of learning and performance to achieve greater impact.
